Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders of $99 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $99 are charged shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping on orders of $99 or more is our only shipping offer.

Processing Times

We ship fast. Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Custom-cut, powder-coated, or bulk steel orders may take 3-7 business days to prepare. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Ground: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited: 2-3 business days
  • Freight / Pallet: Used for heavy steel orders or oversized targets
  • Local Pickup: Available at checkout. Please call or email us for local pickup options.

Note: Heavy steel items may ship on a pallet.

Heavy Steel Freight Info

Some steel targets and plates are heavy. For pallet shipments:

  • A valid phone number is required for scheduling
  • Lift-gate service may be required for residential delivery
  • Carrier accessorial fees may apply for difficult-access locations

If you are not able to receive large trucks at your location, many local hardware stores, gun shops, and Fastenal will accept deliveries for a small fee. Please check with those locations for availability and pricing.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect information may require additional shipping fees to reship.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, email us within 72 hours of delivery (excluding holidays) at info@precisiontargets.net with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to make it right.

Returns

Unused steel targets and accessories may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Approved change-of-mind returns are refunded minus a 20% re-stocking fee, and the customer pays return shipping. Returns due to a manufacturer's defect or our error are exempt from the 20% re-stocking fee. Custom-cut, custom-drilled, or custom powder-coated items are not returnable. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipments for steel may be limited. Contact us for details.
