Shipping
Free shipping on orders of $99 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $99 are charged rates calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination. Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days; custom-cut, powder-coated or bulk steel orders may take 3-7 business days. Heavy steel may ship by freight or pallet.
Returns & Refunds
Most items may be returned within 15 days of purchase in unused, like-new condition and in the original packaging. Contact us first for a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. Approved change-of-mind returns are refunded minus a 20% re-stocking fee, and the customer pays return shipping. Clearance and discounted items are sold "AS IS" and custom designed, built or engineered products are non-returnable.

Warranty & Defects
Our products are built to last and we stand behind our workmanship. Defective items may be returned within 15 days of purchase, and warranty and defect returns are exempt from the 20% re-stocking fee. AR500 targets are not indestructible: pitting from high powered rounds is normal wear, and use beyond a target's rated purpose, speed or distance voids the warranty. Broken welds under normal use are replaced free of charge including shipping.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Report any damaged, incorrect or missing items within 72 hours of delivery (excluding holidays) by emailing info@precisiontargets.net with your order number and photos. We will replace anything that was our fault.
Privacy
We never sell or transfer your email address to another company, and we do not collect sensitive personal data.
