Refund policy

Non Warranty Return Policy:

Precision Targets USA offers a 15 day from the day of purchase return policy on most items. We will make every attempt to make sure that your purchase is well suited for your situation if you contact us for product information or for advice. If, however, you decide that you want to return the merchandise, you must first contact Precision Targets USA for a returned goods authorization number. The returned merchandise will be subject to our inspection. All large merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer, any C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Smaller items may be shipped by the carrier of the customers choosing as long as they can be tracked. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of non-warranty issues. All products must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Pictures of the merchandise must be sent to Precision Targets USA before shipping for approval of packaging and securement. Precision Targets USA must approve the pictures before scheduling shipping. If the returned merchandise meets the listed qualifications, a credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase minus a 20% re-stocking fee. If the product is damaged Precision Targets USA reserves the right to deduct the cost of the repairs including labor fees from the owed amount before issuing the refund. If the product shows signs of use and/or install is not new condition, Precision Targets USA reserves the right to refuse the return.

 

Defects and Warranty Return Policy:

Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition and is being returned as a result of a manufactures’ defect or due to an error in processing or shipping. A manufactures’ defect must be discovered before the product is used. Due the nature of our products we are unable to determine if a product was damaged due to misuse or a manufactures’ defect once it has been used. All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user’s manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. If the product is damaged from the return shipping, Precision Targets USA reserves the right to deduct the cost of the repairs including labor fees from the owed amount before issuing the refund. If the product shows signs of use and/or install and is not in new condition, Precision Targets USA reserves the right to refuse the return.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: 

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery (excluding holidays) by emailing us at precisiontargetsusa@gmail.com  Precision Targets USA will replace any damaged, incorrect or missing items that was at the fault of Precision Targets USA. 

 

Non Returnable Items:

Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS IS” – no refunds and no returns on those items. 

 

Custom designed / built / engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Refused or Undeliverable Merchandise:

All transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier will be the responsibility of the buyer.
