Non-Warranty Return Policy

Precision Targets offers a 15 day from the day of purchase return policy on most items. We will make every attempt to make sure that your purchase is well suited for your situation if you contact us for product information or for advice. If, however, you decide that you want to return the merchandise, you must first contact Precision Targets for a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. The returned merchandise will be subject to our inspection. All large merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer; any C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Smaller items may be shipped by the carrier of the customer's choosing as long as they can be tracked. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on non-warranty returns. All products must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Pictures of the merchandise must be sent to Precision Targets before shipping for approval of packaging and securement. Precision Targets must approve the pictures before shipping is scheduled. If the returned merchandise meets the listed qualifications, a credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase minus a 20% re-stocking fee. Approved refunds are issued immediately after the returned item is received. If the product is damaged, Precision Targets reserves the right to deduct the cost of the repairs including labor fees from the owed amount before issuing the refund. If the product shows signs of use and/or install and is not in new condition, Precision Targets reserves the right to refuse the return.

Defects and Warranty Return Policy

Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that the item is in unused, like-new condition and is being returned as a result of a manufacturer's defect or due to an error in processing or shipping. A manufacturer's defect must be discovered before the product is used. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to determine if a product was damaged due to misuse or a manufacturer's defect once it has been used. Warranty and defect returns are exempt from the 20% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee applies only to change-of-mind returns under the Non-Warranty Return Policy above. Approved warranty and defect returns are refunded or replaced in full.

All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user's manual, accessories, etc.). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. If the product is damaged from the return shipping, Precision Targets reserves the right to deduct the cost of the repairs including labor fees from the owed amount before issuing the refund. If the product shows signs of use and/or install and is not in new condition, Precision Targets reserves the right to refuse the return.

Warranty

Precision Targets products are designed and built to provide many years of service under normal use. We stand behind the workmanship, quality and performance of our products. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your purchase within 15 days of the date of purchase under the return policies above.

AR500 targets are not indestructible. Air Rifle, Small Bore Rifle (i.e. .22LR rimfire), Pistol (i.e. 9mm and .45 ACP) and High Powered Rifle targets are well suited for their intended purpose(s). Any use beyond their intended purpose will damage these targets and voids the warranty.

The 3/8 in. thick AR500 targets are rated to 3200 fps at 100 yards. Faster speeds and shorter distances will damage these targets and void the warranty.

Targets will receive shot marks (pitting) when used with high powered rounds, and many shots in the same location will ultimately pit the surface. These are not manufacturing or steel quality defects and are not covered by the warranty.

Targets are not intended for use with steel core, green tip, armor piercing or other hardened ammunition, and damage from such ammunition is not covered by the warranty.

Targets and other target components with broken welds under normal use will be replaced free of charge, including shipping.

Not every target component is intended to be shot, such as target stands. These components are covered for workmanship only. Please contact us before returning any item. We will do everything we can to provide you with a convenient and satisfactory service.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Any damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery (excluding holidays) by emailing us at info@precisiontargets.net. Precision Targets will replace any damaged, incorrect or missing items that were at the fault of Precision Targets.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold "AS IS" - no refunds and no returns on those items.

Custom designed, built or engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refused or Undeliverable Merchandise

All transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier will be the responsibility of the buyer.
