Non Warranty Return Policy:

Precision Targets USA offers a 15 day from the day of purchase return policy on most items. We will make every attempt to make sure that your purchase is well suited for your situation if you contact us for product information or for advice. If, however, you decide that you want to return the merchandise, you must first contact Precision Targets USA for a returned goods authorization number. The returned merchandise will be subject to our inspection. All large merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer, any C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Smaller items may be shipped by the carrier of the customers choosing as long as they can be tracked. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of non-warranty issues. All products must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Pictures of the merchandise must be sent to Precision Targets USA before shipping for approval of packaging and securement. Precision Targets USA must approve the pictures before scheduling shipping. If the returned merchandise meets the listed qualifications, a credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase minus a 20% re-stocking fee. If the product is damaged Precision Targets USA reserves the right to deduct the cost of the repairs including labor fees from the owed amount before issuing the refund. If the product shows signs of use and/or install is not new condition, Precision Targets USA reserves the right to refuse the return.

Defects and Warranty Return Policy:

Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition and is being returned as a result of a manufactures’ defect or due to an error in processing or shipping. A manufactures’ defect must be discovered before the product is used. Due the nature of our products we are unable to determine if a product was damaged due to misuse or a manufactures’ defect once it has been used. All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user’s manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. If the product is damaged from the return shipping, Precision Targets USA reserves the right to deduct the cost of the repairs including labor fees from the owed amount before issuing the refund. If the product shows signs of use and/or install and is not in new condition, Precision Targets USA reserves the right to refuse the return.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: 

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery (excluding holidays) by emailing us at precisiontargetsusa@gmail.com  Precision Targets USA will replace any damged, incorrect or missing items that was at the fault of Precisision Targets USA. 

Non Returnable Items:

Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS IS” – no refunds and no returns on those items. 

Custom designed / built / engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refused or Undeliverable Merchandise:

All transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier will be the responsibilty of the buyer.

Precision Targets USA is committed to privacy and security for all of our clients. Because we respect your right to privacy, we have developed a Privacy Statement as indicated below.

Personal Information

Under no circumstances do we transfer your email address to any other company, nor do we collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.

There are two ways you can provide us with and consent to our collection of certain personal information:

E-mail Request - Links throughout our site provide you with the opportunity to contact us via e-mail to ask questions, request information and materials, or provide comments and suggestions. You may also be offered the opportunity to have one of our Sales Representatives contact you personally to provide additional information about our products or services. To do so, we may request additional personal information from you, such as your name and telephone number, to help us satisfy your request.

Enrollment - You may choose to enroll for one of our products or services where we will request certain information from you. Depending on the type of product or service that you request, you may be asked to provide different personal information. For certain products and services, we may require your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number. Other products and services may require different or supplemental information from you in order to apply.

Statistical Information About Your Visit

Information obtained while visiting our site does not identify you personally, but rather records information about a visit to our site. We may monitor statistics such as how many people visit our site, which pages people visit, and which browsers people use. We use these statistics about your visit to help us improve the performance of our web site and over all user experience.

Warranty:

Precision Targets USA products are designed and built to provide many years of service under normal use.  We stand behind our workmanship, quality and performance of our products.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if not return your purchase within 7 days for a 100% refund.

AR500 targets are not indestructible.

Air Rifle, Small Bore Rifle (i.e. .22LR Rim-fire), Pistol (i.e. 9mm & 45ACP) and High Powered Rifle Targets are well suited for their intended purpose(s).  Any use beyond their intended purpose will damage these targets voiding the warranty.

The 3/8in. thick AR500 targets are rated to 3200 fps at 100yards.  Faster speeds and shorter distances will damage these targets voiding the warranty.

Targets will receive shot marks (pitting) using high powered rounds and many shots in the same location will ultimately pit the surface.  These are not manufacturing or steel quality defects and are not covered by the warranty. 

 

Targets are not intended for use with steel core, green tip, armor piercing and other hardened ammunition and are not covered by the warranty.  Targets and other target components with broken welds under normal use will be replaced free of charge including shipping.

Every target component is not intended to be shot, such as target stands.  These are covered for workmanship only. Please contact us before returning any item.  We will do everything we can to provide you with a convenient and satisfactory service.
